Holding my own
Low Sensei's yudansha class.
Two months of inactivity has made my mind and body rather sluggish and lethargic.
Before I stepped into Low Sensei's H&E dojo I was wondering if this oldie could hold his own against the vigor of youth of the young yudanshas. Ten minutes into the 2-1/2 hour training I realised that I was worrying for nothing.
The aftermath... a tired body drenched with sweat but mind and body completely invigorated

Keep on going and moving...
Afriend asked me over lunch a few days ago how long that I intend to keep on working. He knew that I am past the employment shelf life of 55, the official age of retirement for the employee in the private sector.
"For as long as the company requires my service, I as the driver, still with a full tank of gasoline will continue to step on the gas accelerator, keeping going and moving ", I responded. For the past few years my employer keeps on renewing my employment contract without asking me.
May each and every person cherish life by keeping on going and moving until the last breath.... for a happy and long life....
